The ‘C’ Kitchen offers you a taste from Pampanga at its finest with Claire’s special flair. Claire will share a glimpse of what she has to offer in the culinary world. Recently launched the mouth licking pickled green papaya popularly known as “Atchara” along with a vinegar dipping sauce, “Sukatchara”, a blend of sourness, sweetness and spice all rolled into one.
